Medical certificate
Before starting the registration, obtain a non-competitive (or competitive if you already have one) medical certificate.
Why join AICS?
Membership with AICS allows you to participate in all our events and also includes insurance coverage.
The card is only obtainable through membership in an association, but no worries. If you join Wa Go Dojo, the costs are very low: €7 per year!
Furthermore, our registration does not imply any commitment.
How do you obtain the card?
If you are already a member of a sports association affiliated with AICS, registration is not necessary, and you can use the card code to participate in all our events.
Otherwise, below you’ll find all the information to register with Wa Go Dojo and obtain an annual card.
Attention, the purchase of membership cards is NON-refundable as we need to send this money to AICS..
Timelines
Once you have completed all the steps below, you will receive an email within seven working days with your AICS membership card.
How does it work?
The card code will be needed for registering for all our events. It is valid for 1 year, after which it must be renewed using the same steps (selecting ‘renewal’ instead of ‘new’ in STEP 1 and STEP 3).

STEP 1:
download, print, and fill out the Wa Go Dojo registration form
STEP 2:
Scan the REGISTRATION FORM and the MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (you can use scanner apps for smartphones) or take a clear photo, then send it to the email: info.wagodojo@gmail.com.
Use “AICSUB-“ and your first and last name as the subject, for example, “AICSUB-MarioRossi”.
STEP 3:
fill in the fields below with the same information as the paper form in STEP 1 and proceed with the payment.
In the case of MINORS, please also complete the last part of the form.
